  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once


Lead Maintenance Person

Responsibilities:

  • Handle property maintenance and repairs
  • Supervise maintenance staff or subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly


Qualifications:

  • Previous maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical basics
  • Ability to work independently


Carpenter

Responsibilities:

  • Perform framing, finishing, and custom carpentry work
  • Read and follow blueprints
  • Work closely with project managers
  • Deliver high-quality craftsmanship

Qualifications:

  • Proven carpentry experience
