Welcome to E.N.A. Contracting L.L.C. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are intended to ensure a smooth and transparent construction experience. Please read them carefully.
1. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information related to your project.
- Make payments on time according to the agreed schedule.
- Maintain open communication throughout the project.
- We commit to delivering professional, high-quality work and keeping you informed during every stage of the process.
2. Project Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project:
- Notify us in writing at least 48 hours in advance.
- Be aware that cancellation fees may apply, depending on how far along the project is or whether materials have already been purchased or labor scheduled.
3. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute:
- We encourage open and honest communication to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
- If an agreement cannot be reached informally, mediation may be considered as a next step before pursuing legal action.
4. Limitation of Liability
- E.N.A. Contracting L.L.C. is committed to safety, quality, and professionalism.
- However, we cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or third-party actions).
5. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients with active projects.
